## How do we switch EORs or move to our own entity?

Changes to ownership, possession or holding of a business do not alter employment-contract rights and obligations; those contracts continue with the new employer.

Applies to: Chilean Labour Code article 4 business continuity; not a finding that every EOR switch qualifies.

Still to establish: Transaction classification, employment identity, service and outstanding balances

- Classify the transaction under current local transfer/succession law.
- Determine consent, consultation, service, leave and historic-liability treatment.
- Confirm permits, payroll handover, provider termination and deposit recovery from actual documents.
- Transaction classification, employment identity, service and outstanding balances
